Succulent Necklace
Succulent Necklace
Succulent Necklace - necklace only
Made using higher end beading techniques and materials. I use strong, multi strand beading wire with double crimping techniques. Crimp tubes are then covered with crimp covers and has a working lobster clasp. This allows you to put on the necklace without removing your doll’s head.
This necklace contains Czech glass beads. They also have beads made out of coffee seeds (round brown beads with large center holes, they vary in color and exact shape. I have tested the seeds in water- no color bleeds but exposing them to water is not recommended. If that should happen they should be gently dried off.
Succulents are so beautiful and natural why not have them everywhere including on your doll?! Beads representing both the longer leaves in the center and the smaller jewel leaves up along the necklace are mixed among brown and some golden beads of a more natural color of soil. In the front between two gold beads are beads made from actual coffee seeds. Be sure not to get it wet as it is a natural material.
The design process is time and resource consuming. I want to provide you with the very best product I possibly can. Thus I work hard to make sure the sizes, materials, and processes are all optimal.
Each is made with a high quality stringing wire and a double crimp technique followed by crimp covers. These materials and techniques are also used in higher end beaded jewelry for humans. This allows for the best flexibility and durability.
The elastic is subject to aging and deterioration, as all elastics are, but this should last you and your girls a very long time if it is taken care of. Keep out of sunlight for extended periods, for photos it is ok, but don’t leave it in the sun; or for that matter, anything you want to keep vibrant keep out of the sun as it is color vampire. Do not over stretch as it will shorten its lifespan and possibly break it (anything is breakable if you try hard enough). The elastic is shockingly capable of being cut so keep it away from sharp objects (please note the sarcasm, this is purely intended to be a reminder for care). Keep dry.
I have not experienced any issues with this product staining, though this is not guaranteed. Staining is, unfortunately, part of the hobby and can also happen with several official products. Possibilities of staining are subject to environment, contact, humidity, and Lady Luck’s roll of the dice.
